It's easy to get started - you tell us what you need, we create a Client Profile and match you to the right home care professional. And if you're in crisis mode, we can get you help within 24 hours.

   

  HOME HEALTH AIDES

  Partners in Care matches your loved one to one of our home health aide who can help with all of the tasks of daily living, including personal care and grooming, or help handle medical needs. We can also provide personal companionship, an essential part of keeping your loved one healthy and motivated. Our home health aides are available for a minimum of four hours, with no minimum number of days.

   

  ROUND-THE-CLOCK CARE

  When a loved one needs round-the-clock care, we can be there – whether care is needed at home or in a nursing facility. One of our registered nurses will evaluate what you need, create a detailed Client Profile and ensure that it’s carried out to the letter. We review it regularly and make adjustments, if the level of care changes.

   

  SKILLED NURSING

  When you need medical help at home, our skilled nurses can manage injections and wound care, monitor vital signs and coordinate medical care, whether you need it for a few days or several months. And if you need help for a chronic illness or medical condition, our nurses can deliver the right care on a long-term basis.

   

  RESPITE CARE

  Caregivers need a break, too. We can send a reliable, experienced home health aide to hold down the fort while you take a breather. Make it to that school play, meet up with friends, or simply recharge your battery—and we’ll provide good care to your loved one.
